Jim W. Coleman proudly displays his latest injury, a broken "big toe" that he's been hobbling around on for two weeks. This, of course, is on the right side of his body, the same side that suffered skull trauma, broken ribs, compound tibia fracture, fibula fracture, femur fracture, rib fractures and collarbone fracture (1993); and also a near-severing of the wrist in 2005. There aren't many bones left to break on the right side but Coleman figures that at 41, life is half over - time to start breaking the left side. But not quite yet. There are still four more toes to break. Coleman graciously thanks the Kitsap Sun newspaper for buying his orthopaedic foot brace. And his glasses.
