09/16/2007 - THE BONES IN EVERGREEN PARK
For years, I've walked on my lunch breaks from my day job. It's great exercise and it also gives me a chance to flex creatively. Most of my books and stories are written on these walks - characters are created from people I observe in the park, new plot lines are created and inconsistencies are unravelled as I travel on foot around the park. In fact, a new piece of writing is emerging: The Bones in Evergreen Park.
I think it's only fair that since I spend so much time there, I might as well use the setting in a new project. See you at the park.
