ARCHIVED CHEROKEE PRINT: This is a pen and ink drawing my Nissan Hardbody 4x4. Nice truck, but it couldn't hold a candle to my FJ-40 Toyota Landcruiser. After my divorce from Stephanie, I sold this truck. I have no idea whatever happened to the pen and ink drawing. I last remember seeing it framed somewhere - but I don't remember where. In looking back at these old drawings, I see a lot of talent, but I see laziness and shortcuts as well. Note that through the front and back windows of the truck, the bed is a uniform gray. No wheel well detail, no shape, no definition. Also, the driver seat back is represented as a hard black line. No driver, no headrests. |
